About Muskan
Expert in Yoga Therapy with my graduation in Yogic Science and Alternative Health Therapies. It's been 3 years now since I am helping people therapeutically achieve their goal with yoga and replace medicine with ️yoga. I have worked with 1000's of people in this journey. Since last 3 years, I have been working with individuals(adults & kids), corporates, NGO's and medical professionals and have helped them get rid of obesity, spondylitis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and other musculoskeletal disorders, PCOS, stress disorders and other lifestyle disorders. In Corporates and NGO's I have organized workshop to make people aware about active lifestyle rather than following a sedentary one.

I am committed to providing yoga with disciplined routine, personal attention, clear instructions, positive affirmations and guidance making yoga accessible to everyone. I mindfully design every class with focus on connecting breath to movement. I help my students find a place of equilibrium between strength and calmness, sthiram sukham asanam. As I help them direct their attention to breath, helping the mind to gain calmness and patience, making the entire asana practice, a moving meditation.
