About Ishita

I have always excelled at academics, scoring 98%+ in 12th grade boards, 100 percentile in 4 subjects in CUET, maintaining a 9+ CGPA in college, and clearing CFA L1. To a certain extent, academics come naturally to me.
I do, however, know that that is not the case for everyone. We all excel at certain specific things, and for some of us that may not be academics, which is completely fine. I could always score well in class but socializing was always a big pain for me. We all have our shortfalls.

Through tutoring, I seek to help my students in overcoming weaknesses that might be holding them back at academics. At the same time, I hope to maybe learn some more and grow through interaction with my students.

I have experienced a fair amount of good teaching and bad teaching to know what not to do. I am patient, organized, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

About the lesson

I believe that a good tutor can really impact academic performance, and I seek to be that tutor for my students. I have never been a fan of rote learning. I am looking to build conceptual clarity in my students, so that they develop knowledge that can help them in the long-term.
I have never been a fan of strict teachers, so I will definitely take it easy and be patient. In my opinion, a comfortable environment is ideal for learning and that's what I will create.

I am fluent in both Hindi and English and I can teach these subjects for school students up to the 12th grade.
