About Mildred
Although having practiced Yoga before, it was in 2017 that I REALLY rediscovered this discipline and began to practice it on a regular basis.
Living at this time in South Korea, I am looking for a way to help me manage a tendency to anxiety and pressure in the face of daily life. I quickly notice that on the days of practice, I live my days in a peaceful and serene state which contrasts with the days of non-practice.
I am learning Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.
It was back in France, in 2018, and by starting a professional activity, that I discovered the immensity of the world of Yoga (of which the asanas that we all know form only a small part) I then discovered Hatha Yoga , the different practices that make it up (mantra, pranayamas...) and Yoga Nidra (a real revelation!) and experienced the positive effects on my mental and physical health (clear reduction in anxiety, seasonal illnesses, increased concentration and memory, “reunion” with myself...)
As my practice progresses, it is with conviction and the desire to help others find inner peace and serenity (which inevitably spreads around oneself) that I decide to embark on a training course. Yoga teacher teacher.
In July 2022, I had the honor of obtaining my Hatha Yoga teacher certification from Kavaalya.

What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga (from the Sanskrit Ha = sun, physical strength and Tha = moon, mental strength) is a traditional form of yoga that achieves both physical and mental balance through the purification of the Ida and Pingala energy channels. (which corresponds to the Yin/Yang energies), and this thanks to the practice of asanas, meditation, pranayama.
It has many health benefits (flexibility, stronger muscles and joints, improved concentration, clarity of mind, better stress management and reduced anxiety to name a few)
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra (from the Sanskrit Nidra = sleep), is a Yoga of "sleep" in consciousness. It allows us to completely relax the mind, and make it flexible.
One of the biggest ills in today's society is stress/anxiety and we often can't get rid of it. We sleep badly, we go to bed filled with parasitic thoughts in our heads that prevent us from really relaxing and recovering energy while sleeping.
With Yoga Nidra, we are neither asleep nor awake, but gradually come into a state of subconsciousness.
This state brings those who practice Yoga Nidra into a state of deep relaxation which allows the recovery of energy. There's a reason they say that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals a two-hour sleep cycle!
In addition, the fact of directing our attention towards the consciousness of the body and the breath, allows our mind to calm down, and by finding inner peace, reduces anxiety and daily stress. By practicing Yoga Nidra, we learn to let go by allowing ourselves to be guided by the voice of the teacher.
My objective
Thanks to the transmission of Hatha Yoga practices (asana, meditation techniques, Pranayama, Mantras) and Yoga Nidra, I want to help you find a more peaceful, gentle life, in harmony with yourself.
Start by finding a state of peace, serenity and calm by practicing yoga on your mat, and see how this state gradually diffuses into your daily life!
I offer two “types” of sequences
• Focus Hatha Yoga (to develop a body/mind connection, refocus, anchor and regain balance)
- opening mantra
- warm-up (5 mins)
- asanas (30 mins)
- relaxation (10 mins)
- pranayama (5-10 mins)
- meditation (10 mins)
- closing mantra
• Focus Yoga Nidra (brings serenity, promotes the reduction of stress, anxiety and allows to experience a state of semi-consciousness for maximum relaxation and recovery)

- pranayama (5-10 mins)
- meditation (10 mins)
