About Tiffany

Namaste,

My name is Tiffany, I am 33 years old and I come from Essen, Germany. Last year my path led me to Rishikesh, where I immersed myself intensively in the practice of traditional yoga and learned from the wise teachers of this spiritual city (500h).

For me, yoga is not just a physical exercise - it is a way of life that helps me to find my inner peace, to constantly renew myself and to fully arrive at myself. „Yoga is the journey of the self through the self to the self“ says the Bhagavad Gita - and I would like to accompany you on this journey, too.

In my classes I combine different yoga techniques that are individually tailored to your needs in order to increase your well-being and inner balance. Together we create a space in which you can calm down, relax and at the same time discover your strength.

I‘m looking forward to get to know you – be it in my personal lessons or online.

About the lesson

In my classes I combine various yoga techniques that are tailored to your individual needs. These include asanas, breathing exercises, kriyas and meditation. We design each practice together to help you find your inner balance. My focus is always on your well-being and inner balance. At the end of the class you will feel balanced, refreshed and filled with a sense of peace and clarity.
