About Tara

My most cherished moment was when I got my black belt. I've been doing karate for 11 years and have competed at national level every year since two years after I joined. It's my passion and my joy in life. I hope it can be the same for you

About the lesson

My lessons are to help you get a basic understanding of karate or try it out before joining a dojo or just to have some fun. I specialise in budo or traditional Karate for body and mind over fighting. It's a fun relaxing way to train and unwind
