About Maggie
I’m a yoga teacher with experience guiding students in Thailand, Vietnam, and the UK. I completed my 200-hour training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and continued my development with additional training in Hatha Yoga and Children’s Yoga. Alongside my yoga teaching, I bring over 15 years of international experience teaching English and Art, which has shaped my clear, supportive, and creative approach to instruction. I’m currently based in London, balancing my yoga teaching with a corporate role, and remain passionate about helping students find strength, calm, and confidence through mindful movement.

My classes offer a dynamic blend of Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, and Yoga Flow, with options ranging from energising early-morning sessions to deeply relaxing evening practices. You can join in person in London or connect online, with clear, supportive guidance available in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin. I also teach corporate online classes, including accessible chair-yoga sessions that can be done right at the desk, perfect for easing tension and boosting wellbeing during the workday. All levels are warmly welcomed.
