About Karina
I have always succeeded in making my students feel confident about their speaking and written skills in English. I encourage my students to learn independently and to engage creatively in the language so that they can express themselves genuinely. I choose updated material that is suitable to their ages, level and objectives. I have a BA in TESOL and I am educated to Master's degree level in Literature. I have been a Cambridge ESOL Speaking Examiner for 8 years.

I have always been passionate about English and I structure lessons around students' needs. By engaging in speaking activities, I determine what aspects of grammar, phonetics, vocabulary and functions should be reinforced. I then propose more activities that address those areas and encourage practice and improvement. I have many years experience teaching English for Fluency, and Exam preparation lessons, such as IELTS or Cambridge English courses. I have taught young learners, teenagers and adults of all ages.
I have taught all levels and I take into account students' interests and needs to make lessons meaningful and worhtwhile to them.
