About Marc
As an experienced ESL tutor with 10 years of hands-on teaching practice, I have helped over 150 students develop strong English communication skills across all levels. From beginners learning basic sentence structure to advanced learners improving professional fluency, I support students at every stage of their learning journey.
My teaching approach focuses on personalized instruction. I believe that understanding each student’s learning style is essential for effective teaching. I design lesson plans that align with individual goals such as academic performance, job communication, interviews, or everyday conversation.

Flexibility allows me to customize lessons according to each learner’s needs—whether they are preparing for school, work, travel, or everyday communication. I use interactive strategies such as role-playing, conversation drills, listening practice, grammar application, and vocabulary exercises to strengthen all language skills.
Empathy and compassion help me connect with students emotionally and understand their learning challenges. I provide constant encouragement and positive feedback so learners feel safe to make mistakes and improve. Through clear communication, I ensure that explanations are easy to understand and concepts are applied practically.
