About Liyema

I’m a former athlete who did track and field and I specialized in Track. I specialized in the sprint events, which were the 100m and the 200m. When I stopped competing I started coaching younger kids who aspire to be athletes in the future and high school athletes who need mental coaching and sports conditioning.

About the lesson

My lessons are based on real life scenarios which I have experienced as an athlete and it is also backed by the theory of sport science. From working with the best sports coaches in South Africa and around the world , mostly specialising in track and field and in early sport activity
