About Xavier
My name is Xavier and I am 18 years old, I have taught English previously, however due to covid I had to take a break. I am a university student in Porto however I studied at an English college abroad. I think my classes are much more interesting and fun than traditional classes, boring in my opinion, as I am closer in age to my students, I feel I can offer a more personal perspective and help creating greater complicity with my students. students, being able to talk about current subjects and themes as a practical way to improve fluency in real dialogues, which will help them in writing and comprehension.

My name is Xavier and I am a current university student, I have been studying English for over 10 years and I studied at an English college which allowed me to acquire deeper knowledge and communication skills and fluency. I have a C1 level in English, so I have the ability to teach students up to 12th grade. My teaching method is quite varied and specialized, so it is customizable to the level and goals of each student. My classes are very dynamic with exercise sheets, both vocabulary and grammar, as well as practical exercises and constant speech in English with students in order to help them develop greater comfort with the language. My classes aim to improve comprehension and written and oral expression of English by touching on several important points in the structure of the language. As a student I myself feel that I can offer a new perspective and way of teaching by relating better to the student's vision.
