About Roshan
I am a committed ESL tutor with 3 years of experience teaching English to High School and College students. I have taught around 150–200 students, helping them strengthen their English skills while gaining confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
A milestone I am particularly proud of is guiding students who initially struggled with English to achieve strong academic results and become confident, independent learners. Witnessing their growth motivates me to continually refine my teaching approach.
My teaching methodology is structured, patient, and student-focused. I cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking through exercises, discussions, and real-life examples. I adapt lessons to each student’s abilities and pace to ensure meaningful progress.
I create a supportive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and actively participate. I emphasise consistent practice, celebrate progress, and foster confidence alongside academic achievement.
Teaching ESL is my passion, and my goal is to help learners communicate effectively, succeed academically, and enjoy learning English throughout their education and life.
