About Ananya

I am a qualified lawyer and having completed my LLM (Durham) and now finishing my PhD, I have a good understanding of the UK academic world. I love the law and I wish to not only share my knowledge but I also want to constantly learn about the law. Teaching and interacting with students is the best way to achieve that. The Law is such an integral part of our daily lives and not something that's only a difficult to understand codified rule. I also want to make law and the legal profession more accepting and equal towards women. My own work involves making the understanding of law easier and accessible to more people. I am experienced in supervising LLM students (from different fields of law) for their final dissertations that involves extensive research and writing. I have also supervised empirical projects and case studies. My own work outside academia includes practice and research into tax law and policies, digital/tech laws, digital markets/digital economy, and developing countries. I also enjoy Tort Law and Constitutional Law.

About the lesson

I am experienced in supervising LLM dissertations and will guide you with clear feedback on research and writing skills. I can also help you structure your essays, develop better research questions, critical analysis and arguments and overall a good dissertation/essay.
