# About Me
Hello! I'm currently pursuing a **Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at IIT (BHU)**, where I combine my scientific understanding of the human body with my passion for health and fitness.
For more than six years, I personally struggled with **PCOD, irregular menstrual cycles, back pain, poor concentration, and the effects of a sedentary lifestyle**. Through consistent practice, I transformed my health by losing **14 kg in 1.5 years** and successfully reversing my PCOD with a holistic approach that included yoga, regular exercise, mindful living, and healthy lifestyle changes.
My journey with yoga began at the age of **7**, and over the years it has become much more than a form of exercise. Yoga has helped me build flexibility, strength, mindfulness, emotional balance, and a deeper understanding of overall well-being.
Today, my classes go beyond traditional yoga. Depending on each student's goals, I design personalized sessions that may include:
* Yoga and mobility training
* Zumba
* Strength training
* ️ Cardio and weight-loss workouts
* Mindfulness and relaxation practices
I believe that every individual is unique, and so are their fitness needs. Before starting, I take time to understand your goals—whether they are weight management, improving flexibility, managing PCOD/PCOS, relieving back pain, building strength, reducing stress, or simply leading a healthier lifestyle. Based on your needs, I create a structured and supportive program that is practical, enjoyable, and sustainable.
My goal is not just to help you exercise, but to empower you with habits that improve your physical health, mental well-being, and confidence for the long term.

My classes are thoughtfully designed to improve your physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle. Every session is personalized according to your goals, fitness level, and any specific concerns you may have, ensuring that each class is both effective and enjoyable.
1. Warm-Up & Mobility (15 Minutes)
We begin with gentle stretching, joint mobility exercises, and breathing techniques to prepare the body for movement, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury.
2. Cardio & Energy Boost (10–15 Minutes)
This segment includes fun and effective cardio exercises, Zumba-inspired movements, or low- to moderate-intensity workouts to improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, and support healthy weight management.
3. Goal-Oriented Training (20 Minutes)
The core of the session is customized to your individual needs. Depending on your goals, this may include:
* Weight-loss and fat-burning exercises
* Yoga postures for flexibility and strength
* Strength training
* Back and neck pain relief exercises
* PCOD/PCOS-friendly movement routines
* Posture correction and core strengthening
* Balance and mobility training
Every exercise is selected to help you progress safely and consistently toward your personal health goals.
4. Cool-Down & Relaxation (10 Minutes)
We end the physical practice with gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle stiffness, improve recovery, and leave you feeling refreshed.
5. Guided Meditation (5 Minutes)
Each session concludes with a short guided meditation to calm the mind, improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate inner balance.

I believe true wellness extends beyond the exercise mat. Along with physical training, I help students develop simple, sustainable habits that support long-term health and happiness.

I have had the privilege of learning singing with Moumita and I must say that she is one of the best singing instructors I could have. As a beginner, II was unsure about a lot of concepts, but she makes things easy to understand.
Besides teaching technical things, she teaches songs from the first class and you get to choose the songs. That helps me to understand how things are applied to a song and makes the class fun as well.
