About Ivana
Hi! I graduated from an international university in Hong Kong. My background is natural sciences and environmental studies, but my other interests also include traveling, communication, and getting to know new languages and cultures. I have experiences in teaching English to children and teens, both in formal and informal settings.

I like to design curriculum/programs that focuses not only on theories or technical parts of English. I like to design curriculum/programs that have a certain theme related to my students' needs/interests (e.g. sports, movies, traveling). From there, I will design exercises and activities under the chosen theme that will help the students to better understand and learn the theories and techniques.
As a teacher, I like my learning sessions to be interactive. I believe that learning is not only about reading, writing, and memorizing. Learning should be fun and I like to encourage my students to dig deeper, use their imagination, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
I have previously taught English in several elementary schools and organized informal English-learning sessions for teens.
