About Christina
I have been teaching for over 10 years. In recent years I have not only taught languages but also music (piano, oboe, guitar). My students can achieve exactly what they want! Everything is possible and I want to help my students achieve their goals. I always got along with young people (I was a first grade teacher, summer camp and after school camp supervisor and nanny) because I can be very silly and playful.

I have taught all levels of English and German (A1-C2) and know how to adapt to my students' needs. I am a very passionate and lively teacher who enjoys teaching above all else. This helps my students feel comfortable and learn as much as possible. My students should also control their own learning by taking it into their own hands. I have the technical know-how, but I also work my students at their own pace so that they understand everything thoroughly, without just getting it explained for them.

Christina war meine Kollegin als Leiterin der Lehrassistenten für Deutsch als Fremdsprache in der Deutschabteilung der University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Mit ihrer jahrelangen Erfahrung im Fremdsprachenunterricht stand sie uns Lehrassistenten immer zu Seite und konnte uns zahlreiche Tipps und Anregungen für den Unterricht geben. Christina ist sehr organisiert, geduldig und mit Leib und Seele Lehrerin und Dozentin. I am willing to teach you in your own home, but it will cost extra because of the cost of train tickets. If you come to my home, it will cost less. Online lessons are also an option and highly preferred!
