About Saikrishna
I didn't choose management because it sounded impressive. I chose it because I genuinely enjoy figuring out how things work — and more importantly, why they don't.
I'm Saikrishna, an MBA finalist from GITAM School of Business, Visakhapatnam, with a dual specialization in Operations and Marketing. I graduated with a 9.21 CGPA in my first year — not by memorizing frameworks, but by actually understanding them well enough to apply them in the real world.
That real-world part matters. During my MBA, I interned at a logistics company where I managed Container Freight Station operations, reduced cargo processing time by 20%, and delivered process improvement recommendations using tools like PDCA and root cause analysis. I've conducted field research across rural Odisha, analyzed consumer behavior across 120+ respondents, and audited port operations at one of India's major cargo hubs. I've presented findings to district officials, faculty panels, and business stakeholders.
In short — I've done the things that most management textbooks only describe.
As a teacher, I bring three things:
Clarity. I break complex concepts down until they click — not until they sound right, but until you can explain them back to someone else.
Context. Every framework I teach comes with a real example — from my internship, my projects, or current industry cases. Abstract concepts become tangible very quickly.
Patience. I was a student not long ago. I remember what it felt like to stare at a Porter's Five Forces diagram and feel completely lost. I won't rush you. I'll stay with the concept until it makes sense.
Outside the classroom, I've led 16 campus events as a Cultural Captain, headed a cross-functional club managing logistics and technical operations, and conducted research that reached district-level officials. I know how to manage complexity — and I know how to explain it simply.
My classes are open to management students in their inter - level, undergraduate students, MBA aspirants, first-year management students, and working professionals across India and internationally. If you are serious about understanding management — not just passing an exam — I'd love to work with you.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by management concepts, unsure how to approach a case study, or anxious about a B-school interview — you're exactly who I teach.
I'm an MBA finalist from GITAM School of Business with a dual specialization in Operations and Marketing (CGPA: 9.26). My teaching isn't textbook-to-student. It's real-world-to-student. Every concept I explain is grounded in actual industry exposure — from logistics operations at a Container Freight Station to consumer research across 120+ respondents to port-level operational audits. I don't just tell you what supply chain management means — I show you what it looks like on the ground.
How my classes are structured:
Each session begins with a quick diagnostic — where are you stuck, what do you already know, and what's the goal. From there, we work through concepts using live case studies, frameworks, and real examples drawn from my MBA experience. We close every session with a short summary and action points so nothing gets lost between classes.
My teaching approach:
I use the Socratic method — I ask before I tell. This builds genuine understanding rather than surface-level memorization, which matters enormously in GD/PI rounds and management exams where thinking on your feet is everything.
Who this is for:
Inter students prepping for management studies
Undergraduate students preparing for CAT, XAT, GMAT, or other MBA entrance exams
First-year MBA students struggling with Operations, Supply Chain, or Marketing subjects
Working professionals considering an MBA who want a structured foundation
International students studying Business Management who need concept clarity
Whether you're preparing for an exam, trying to pass a tough semester, or just want to think like a manager — I'll meet you where you are and take you further.
