About Valentin

I am a bafa animator for children (colonies, centers, childcare)
I have been playing sports since a very young age: judo (brown belt), handball (5 years old), football, skate ...
J ' I recently had the possibility of integrating a team in a skateboard association which allowed me to train myself. (8 months)
As a result, I was able to give group and individual lessons to practitioners from all over ages, which allowed me to learn the parries and the techniques to make a fall without risk.

About the lesson

My method is to motivate and set goals, of course skateboarding is a sport that requires patience and determination.
I approach my lessons in two objectives: the first is a sport, which requires training on long periods like all sports, repetition brings results.
the second, it's a sliding sport that allows you to express yourself in the urban environment, but which still requires the soul of a stuntman .
first objective: repetition / recurrence
second objective: to understand the urban environment / learn to fall
I can also advise more experienced skaters, on a hundred figures in flat. (3-6, flip, oldschool, etc ...)

Marc est motivé,il à un bon sens de l'équilibre.
Aucune difficulté à mettre en pratique les instructions. Maitenant Il faut s'entraîner régulièrement et se fixer des objectifs.
