• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Yoga and Ayurveda are sciences of holistic healing, focusing on balancing the mind, body, and spirit. My interest developed during my youth when I realized how modern stress affects people physically and mentally. This drove me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from DSVV, Haridwar, where I graduated as a Gold Medalist to deeply understand this ancient science.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My biggest motivation is seeing the instant relief and transformation in my students. When a client comes to me with severe chronic pain or high anxiety and leaves the session feeling lighter and pain-free, that smile is my daily motivation to teach.

• How does your work help society?

  My work provides a natural, side-effect-free solution to lifestyle disorders like obesity, cervical pain, sciatica, and mental stress. By combining yoga with Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching, I help people reduce dependency on medicines and live healthier, happier lives.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My role model is Swami Vivekanand. His principles of discipline, structured lifestyle, and dedication to spreading authentic knowledge inspire me to teach Yoga and Ayurveda with absolute purity, scientific accuracy, and commitment.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside of teaching, I love keeping myself active. My hobbies include outdoor running, practicing deep meditation, and reading inspiring autobiographies. I am also highly passionate about exploring Indian traditions, visiting historical places, and learning about AI and the latest technologies to upgrade my digital skills.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  A memorable moment was conducting yoga and therapy sessions for the 29th Punjab Battalion of the Indian Army. Teaching our soldiers—who protect us in tough conditions—and helping them relieve their physical stress through yoga and Marma therapy was the most rewarding and proudest experience of my professional life.
