About Kiana

I’m 28 year old pastry chef who runs a home based bakery and cake shop and have been baking since I was 10 years old! I’ve been working in kitchens since I was 16 and can truly say food is my life!! I’d love to assist and answer any baking/culinary related questions you may have

About the lesson

As a classically trained pastry chef, I spent the $40,000 so you don’t have to! I offer several skills from bread, confections, cake decorating, sugar art and MORE!We can go into the complexities of sourdough, or create simple sugar cookies. Recipe development is also one of my skill sets! Whatever baking concept you want to understand or practice my laid back coaching style can really help take your skills to the next level
