About Ella
Hello yogi, my name is Ella and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 7 years and I love teaching yoga too!
It’s great to see my students achieve their goals they’d like to achieve from yoga and how their goals from the classes on their mat can affect their life off the mat too. Helping my students to live in a calmer state which helps them achieve things they didn’t think were possible for them.
This is how yoga has helped me too. To become a more calmer content person who was once suffering from being chronically ill to now travelling the world, hiking mountain after mountain and being able to share my love for yoga wherever I go.
