I believe that when a secure and safe learning space is provided, students are able to utilize higher-level thinking. The environment will allow students to feel confident and comfortable to learn and bring their personalities to learning. Together we will celebrate successes and learn failure is just a step closer to reaching our goal.

About the lesson

My lessons provide my students to incorporate their interests and background by utilizing culturally responsive teaching. My students will develop conversational/communication skills through accountable talk. My students will gain executive function to support their success in the classroom and beyond.
