About Caity
I’m originally from the US, where I earned my degree in Pastry and Baking Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. During my time there, I worked as a tutor across a wide range of subjects, including knife skills, piping techniques, cake decorating, culinary science, maths, and English.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings across the United States, from small bakeries and boutique chocolate shops to farm-to-table restaurants, Michelin-starred establishments (one to three stars), and five-star hotels. I was later transferred within a hotel group to London to lead their pastry team.
Throughout my career, I’ve learnt a great deal and trained under exceptional chefs. I’m now eager to share that knowledge with others. This is an industry driven by passion—and it’s something I care deeply about.

I’m originally from the US and now based in the UK. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as an associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. With over a decade of professional experience as a pastry chef, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, including five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, small bakeries, and luxury boutique chocolate shops. I’m truly passionate about the industry and enjoy passing on my knowledge to others. I started teaching myself in my own tiny kitchen, so I am open to any level and any age.
