About Madison
I firmly believe that a dedicated work-ethic and commitment to learning material will allow any student to succeed relative to that subject. As an experienced litigation attorney, I pride myself on my professionalism and truly enjoyed teaching aspiring lawyers, including law school students, about the law. In particular, how to approach and understand different areas of the law in an effort to crystalize the bigger, macro understanding of how the law works overall in addition to the micro understanding of each subject area required to understand the bigger picture.

As a tutor, I understand that students learn material through different methods and at individual paces. Therefore, I do my best to speak with the student before we begin and throughout the process as to how that student is progressing and how that student believes they learn best. I.e., visual vs. auditory learning, small chunks or longer lessons, testing frequency of subject matter based on the student's progress, etc.)
A typical lesson plan involves teaching the student a new concept, reviewing it piece by piece, then reviewing it overall, give a small assessment quiz to the student, then have the student teach the material back to me and be able to answer questions to confirm the student has a thorough understanding of the materials. These lessons are for law school students.those who just graduated.
