About Kaela

I have experience teaching all ages and all levels, even if you've never stretched or done yoga in your life don't worry! I'm here for you to guide you. Yoga has a stereotype that you have to be a certain way and think a certain way in class, I disagree! If we're working on balance and you fall out of your pose and want to scream, scream! If you want a really tranquil, quiet class we can do that too. I'm not a typical yoga teacher, I like to mix it up and give really fun classes. I hope to see you soon!

About the lesson

I teach beginner yoga, chair yoga, stretching routines, and visual meditations. All ages and experiences are welcome. Even if you have a restriction or feel you aren't able to exercise, I can work with you and provide modifications. I can provide any style of yoga/stretching that you'd like! We can be loud and laughing or tranquil and quiet, your choice of style!
