About Dewansh
I have done my bachelor's in Yogic Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore and I also completed my YIC (Yoga Instructor Course) from S-VYASA. I try to use 100% of my knowledge in the field of yoga to bring total wellness to my students and use different techniques for Yogasanas according to the fitness and requirements of a student.

Generally, in each class I use the integrated approach to yoga which includes Yogasanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Content of classes is subjective according to the requirement, gender, age, and medical condition of a student. I try my best to give 100% of my knowledge about yoga and use that for the total growth of a student.
