Hi I'm Drishya, a yoga instructor
I take both offline/online classes.
I want to help people those who are suffering in their life physically/mentally/emotionally through yoga, pranayama and meditation.
I personally think yoga is the best thing which a person should do it in their everyday life in order to make their life happy and healthy.

"My classes are not just about doing yoga poses. I focus on helping students understand what is happening in their body and mind. We begin with breath awareness and simple practices, then gradually progress according to each person's ability. My goal is to help students build a sustainable practice that supports their physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle."
