About Rebecca
For the teaching-learning of the English language, I use authentic texts and methodologies that aim at the communication of the student. By focusing on one (or more) of the four skills (reading, listening, writing, or speaking), the student will have better results if that is what he or she wants. From a first conversation where we will establish the main goals of the student, I will create classes using techniques of English teaching for specific purposes or we will even be able to create classes for the basic education of the language.

Hello, I'm in the 6th grade English-language undergraduate program, where I learned a lot about language teaching. For over 3 years I have been teaching in a project called Casas de Cultura on Campus where I had the opportunity to teach English to students of other graduations in the University and even to high school students from public schools in my city who are selected to participate from the project. In this period of time, I was able to carry out several researches that contributed to my area and to my education, including research projects such as the pibic and various presentations in other universities and institutes. I also participated in the project of the Languages Without Borders program called Nucli, almost 2 years ago, where I taught classes for undergraduates, graduate students and even University employees. In this project, I learn a lot about the teaching of English for specific purposes and from my entrance in the nucli I started giving private lessons.
