About Stella
My name is Stella, I recently graduated in clinical psychology at the University of Padua, but I am originally from a small town near Rome. I have always been fascinated by the English language, and at 17 I moved to the United States as an exchange student. There, I attended Auburndale High School for a year, and I obtained an high school diploma from the United States.
After coming back to Italy, I decided to take the TOEFL language certificate with excellent scores and work as a trainee at the University of Vienna. My last experience abroad is very recent: I lived in Boston for five months studying at Boston University, I came back in June 2022.
My mother is an elementary school teacher and she passed on to me her affection and passion for teaching. I enjoy spending time with children, and I would like them to experience learning English as a fun and enjoyable activity.

I can babysit children from kindergarten to middle school. The best way to learn a language is to practice it, thus, I will exclusively speak English. I also have good grammar knowledge, therefore I could help middle school or elementary children with their homework. I could help them with the use of grammar rules and English syntax, if needed/requested.
Books, movies, tv shows (if allowed) will be read and watched in the original language, if english.
