About Amy

Hello everyone! My name is Amy, and I am a 21-year-old who has just wrapped up my final year at university. I tutored Philosophy in my first year of University and am about to undertake a role as a teaching assistant in an SEN school. I received a first-class degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Derby and would love to share my knowledge on education and learning techniques!

About the lesson

I'm particularly good at teaching via speaking although I am adaptable to the best method of the individual I am tutoring. I myself used a large mix of methods in my A-Levels to learn the content so know a variety of methods to help people memorise and understand the content. I am also incredibly patient and a great believer that understanding the content is the best way to remember it, therefore try to simplify content to the best of my ability to work with the individual.
