About Shagufta
I have a experience of 2 years of teaching in English offline. And around 6 months of experience teaching online. Students who are interested must first crack an interview conducted by me so that I can check the level of English and start with the level they fall on.
Now coming to the way I teach- I believe that first time speakers must understand the basic grammar rules and a few hundred words to begin with. Then I would start with the phrases.
Students who are determined to learn English, its must for you..!!
The students also have to practice as much as they can to improve themselves. And for that we have "pick and speak" which encourages one to come out of their comfort zone and take the challenge of speaking publicly.

I think it depends on the students whole imagination. By this what I mean is that when a person can think in their own native language which they have been doing their whole life unconsciously, now they have to swipe the language into English. Thats simple. Start with easy and increase the level and by the end of 3 months of learning with me, I guarantee you that you will have overcomed your fluency gap, lagging etc.
