I’m Sahithya, a Physiotherapy student passionate about health, movement, and mindful living. Along with my physiotherapy studies, I’ve been trained in yoga and enjoy guiding others toward physical and mental well-being. Teaching is something I truly love — it allows me to share what I’ve learned in a way that inspires confidence and growth in my students. Whether it’s yoga, science, or languages, I focus on making every concept clear, enjoyable, and connected to real life.

The goal is not perfection, but balance — in both body and mind.
