I’m Ishwarya. I had completed PG Diploma in Yoga and 200 hrs Yoga Teacher training and I started yoga because I was tired of feeling stressed and stiff from sitting at a desk all day. I’m not here to teach you fancy poses. I’m here to help you: De-stress in under an hour. Fix the back pain from your laptop and phone. Actually relax so you can sleep better tonight."
