About Maria
A mum and wife using yoga and meditation as a tool to deal with the day to day. I was a yoga practitioner for 6 years on and off before getting qualified with Yoga London. I teach Vinyasa Flow sequence.

My teaching methology is to use yoga to come back to our true essence by diving deep within through the breath, mindful movement and meditation. I encourage my students to move organically the way it feels right for their body.
