Since 2014, the practice of yoga has allowed me to find the balance and discipline necessary for my daily life and my artistic practice. Over the course of my learning, I rediscovered the values of inclusiveness, body-positive and benevolence that I seek to transmit through my art in the philosophy of yoga.

I offer yoga classes, private or group, in order to transmit the benefits of yoga. My classes are composed of flexibility exercises, muscle strengthening, breathing and meditation. A combination that allows the benefits of the practice to go to the deepest part of the body and mind.
These classes mix Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative, they are open and accessible to all and to all levels.
