About Andrea
Namaskar, my name is Andrea, I am a Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga teacher. I graduated from Rishikesh Yogpeeth Abhayaranya ashram in India. I have been practicing Yoga for many years, dedicating myself completely to study, practice and research. I have studied and learned many of the most important texts of ancient Yogic philosophy, assimilating their teachings and constantly practicing to experience them. In 2022 I traveled around India, stopping on the slopes of the Himalayas in the town of Rishikesh, where I obtained my instructor diploma after a two-month course, meeting some masters who confirmed the right direction regarding teachings that have been handed down for millennia.

I propose "ad personam" lessons, which can range from yoga exercises for rheumatism, digestion, postural... exercises to increase strength, mental and physical well-being... up to lessons for concentration, meditation and the release of 'power. I also offer more advanced Kundalini Yoga lessons. For those interested, I can lead workshops aimed at learning the age-old yogic philosophy, as it has been taught from master to student since time immemorial in India. A typical lesson begins with proprioception and breathing exercises, warming up the joints, movements aimed at flexing the spine, relaxation and meditation. The lessons are aimed at all age groups, both beginners and advanced. Group perceptions are also available.
