About Jordyn
I have been guiding students in their practice for four years with a rotation of 120-150 students per week. I have assisted in facilitating teacher training programs and have had the opportunity to mentor young students in pursuit of their practice and teaching.

The emphasis on my teaching is heavily prioritized on the breath. I curate my classes for students with trauma stored in the body. My meditative and restorative techniques offer my students the accessibility to explore the nuances of their practice within the body, mind, and spirit.
