About Dominika

It was in 2008, Dominika was experiencing expat life at its best in Libya with her two young daughters, that Dominika discovered the practice of yoga.
The daily practice of simple postures, breathing and relaxation entered in her life at an opportune time and have never left her again. As a result of the experiences with teachers of all lineages, she decided to train as a teacher herself in 2011, feeling the need to share this practice which took her on a journey to herself and to him. given the tools to manage everyday life a little better each day.
Since then she has been teaching in groups and privately to give these tools to as many people as possible.

About the lesson

Dominika, trained in Sivananda Yoga, teaches Hatha Yoga classes. She likes to focus on balancing polarities. In our active lives, most of us feel the urge to move and be strong above all, trying to ignore the fact that the body may also need rest and relaxation. This is why Dominika's classes are organized around integrating the whole body, to maintain it in good health, and to provide tools to take home and integrated into daily life. Yogic breathing is integrated into all courses. Dominika also gives workshops for small groups or private lessons to learn and correctly integrate the different breathing techniques.
