About Jemma

My name is Jemma and I’m a qualified Yoga and mindfulness coach with a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — both physically and mentally. With over 20 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, including running my own training academies, I’ve always been drawn to supporting others in their personal growth and self-care. Yoga became a powerful part of my own well-being journey, helping me find balance, reduce stress, and feel more present. That’s why I decided to retrain as a yoga teacher, earning my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga and additional qualifications in children’s and youth yoga. Offering inclusive sessions that focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and holistic health. I teach because I truly believe that yoga is for every body — not just the flexible or the fit. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, emotional calm, or a space to simply breathe and reconnect, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.

About the lesson

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I bring a holistic and personalised approach to adult yoga and well-being. As a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga — and additional training in children’s and youth yoga — I specialise in mindful movement, stress management, and promoting physical and emotional balance. My sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and tailored to individual needs, whether you're looking to improve flexibility, manage anxiety, or simply reconnect with yourself. I offer a welcoming space online for you to experience the benefits of yoga and holistic well-being.

I did a Hatha yoga class with Jemma last month and it was amazing!! I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was my first class and Jemma very attentive, she gave me alternatives for things I couldn’t do yet I still felt like I pushed myself and gained a lot out of the class. I will deffo book again with her :)
