About Mayur
Hi! my name is Mayur, i am 42 yrs old. I started my yoga journey pretty late when i was around 36 yrs old. I was advised by my doctor to practice yoga as there was no outright diagnosis for my ailment. So i practiced Yoga & i was amazed with the results.
Physical & mental well being are 2 of the least & obvious results of yoga practice and there is more. So i can assure one thing that yoga will help.

sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, & guided
relaxation to enable increased awareness, mindfulness of the breath & body & quietening of the nervous system.
- these classes are not for people with heart conditions or hypertension or for people with slip disc or arthritis.
- prefer age group 19yrs to 45yrs.
