About Jade
Jade teaches Tantra Hatha Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Yoga Therapy for Stress, Burnout, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Long Covid. In Jade’s classes you can expect a heart-centred, trauma informed and re-empowerment approach, cultivated through many years of supporting women to heal and re-claim their lives after experiences of gender-based violence. Jade’s yoga teaching is a creative expression, interwoven with yogic philosophy, reflexive poetry, and embodied practices and wisdom. Jade’s aim is to support others to be in yoga and experience their true nature, loving stillness. At the heart of my teaching approach is Tantra Hatha Yoga. My teaching is also informed by an understanding of the types of yogic practices that are supportive and unsupportive for women at different times in their menstrual and life cycles and for people who are living with Stress, Burnout, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Long Covid. Sessions are co-created, informed by your intentions and needs and my yoga teaching knowledge and intuitive wisdom. Tantra Hatha Yoga Tantra Hatha Yoga is an embodied practice cultivating energetic awareness and transformation (i.e., the chakra system), through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices. In this practice you will be invited to slow down and guided on an internalised meditative journey, strengthening your physical body, purifying and balancing your energetic body, and liberating your mind. Well Woman Yoga Therapy Well Woman Yoga Therapy supports women's health and vitality, meeting women where they are in their menstrual cycle and/or life cycle (menarche, menstruality, fertility, postnatal healing, peri-menopause, menopause etc.). Yoni Shakti Yoga acknowledges, honours and respects the sacredness and uniqueness of women's bodies and lived experience. moving in tune with women's ever changing cycles and rhythms. Yoga Therapy for Stress, Burnout, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Long Covid. This therapeutic yoga approach incorporates an understanding of the causes, impacts (on the physical emotional and energy bodies and the nervous system), and effective yogic practices for healing of the symptoms of stress, burnout, CFS and Long Covid. You will be guided out of the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) and supported to calm the central nervous system, so that you can rest, restore and ultimately heal.

I highly recommend jades yoga classes. Jade creates and holds the space with love and intention and she tailors her classes to each individuals and their own personal needs. I really love her beautiful soft energy and the gentle pace we went through with our yoga flow. Jade has a wonderful way of bringing traditional Tantra and hatha yoga together in her practices.
