About Ruth
I am a 200 hr qualified vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher.I trained and work as a professional dancer when I came to yoga during a stressful time, yoga became a safe and empowering place I could fully release. I had never experienced a practice where I could walk away feeling totally different to how I walked in. I love using my creative movement skills to influence my yoga as we flow, curve and release into our practice.

Within our classes we will have a free 30 minute call to discuss what you want out of your classes. This may be to help you strengthen your muscles, work on injuries etc along with what type of yoga you are drawn to. After this call I will design our class programme so each class we are working on these goals as well as enjoying our yoga flows and time for our minds to be still. My classes are easily modifiable to suit all ages and abilities, linking breath to movement well find a continues flow with specific intentions in each class. I will be guiding you throughout helping you to notice the shifts in your own body and enjoy the blissful moment of just you and your mat.
