The lessons will focus on transformation and determination in ourselves
Both for what concerns the style of Hatha Yoga and for the Kundalini Yoga lessons in which we will work more on the energy of the chakras
The lessons will be based on a practice of Pranayama and initial warm-up, sun salutations and dancing warrior, Kriya sequence for Kundalini Yoga, final relaxation and meditation (also combined with mantra vibration)
