About Aoife
I have always been interested in how the body moves and connects to our breath, mind and heart. My background is in performing arts and I have always been interested in Yoga. Yoga gives me a sense of freedom in my body and stillness in the mind. It has really been my anchor in the year that is 2020. My goal is to share the tools and knowledge I have gained with anyone who my need it.

I am a guide to YOUR yoga practice. I will be your support system as we figure out a sequence that will work best for your body. Listen to your body first, me second. We will discuss what you want to gain out of these sessions eg. peace of mind, flexibility, balance. Classes are usually planned around an Opening; Warm Up; Body of the Class; Cool Down; and a Closing. Every class includes Breath Consciousness; Meditation Practice as well as Mindful Movement and Posturing.
