About Blanca

As a yoga practitioner I have 19 years of experience. I started at 12 years old to treat my back ailments due to scoliosis and since then I have been in love. I trained as a teacher a year ago in Malaga, since I wanted to offer anyone who wanted the opportunity to get to know this beautiful philosophy of life, just as it was offered to me so many years ago :)

About the lesson

My teaching method always depends on the person in front of me, their physical and emotional ailments, their physiognomy, their previous experience. After all, each body and each mind is a world. I offer totally personalized classes, close, adapted to each level, with sweetness and delicacy.
