I am dedicated and will work alongside you the whole way. Yoga is a practice that goes beyond flexibilty and yoga pants. I want to bring a yoga culture that is inclusive beyond the designer wear and the slim body. To me this practice is one where tou come back to yourself as a practice of self love.

These lessons are geared towards helping others become the best person of themselves while creating a practice that will allow you to heal and create a more mindful lifestyle. I believe in the healing power of yoga as a student myself and want to give that gift to as many as possible.
