About Shipra
I'm Shipra Sharma, the Yoga Instructor ,as of now I'm doing freelance conducting online yoga session and promoting mindfulness.
My style is Hatha yoga & Vinyasa flow
Along with my degree I also did Certification courses of 500YTTC& Kids YTTC from a academy.
I've always been a people's person and i know how to manage relationship.
In future I look forward to using my knowledge and enchancing my leadership skill to solve real- life problems for my clients.

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. "I always start with a brief introduction in which I assure them that they can 'do the yoga'".
As a Yoga Instructor, I'll help clients balance their lives with yoga, whether that's physically and mentally.
I teach clients how to perform the various stretching poses,Warm-up actions or a Yoga flow,Breathing activity and Balancing poses and promote mindfulness in your life.
