About Aditya
Namaste
I am a Yoga and Wellness Coach with over six years of experience helping individuals transform their physical, mental, and overall well-being through a holistic approach. I have worked with clients dealing with physical conditions such as cervical issues, chronic lower back and neck pain, muscle imbalances, and injuries like tendonitis and other muscular problems. I specialize in strength and conditioning, resistance training, muscle building, and endurance training—helping many individuals transition from a sedentary lifestyle to achieving milestones like completing their first marathon. Alongside physical training, I also support people dealing with mental and emotional challenges such as ADHD, stress, anxiety, and depression. My approach integrates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to create balance and long-term clarity. I also help manage physiological conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and shallow breathing patterns through customized breathwork and lifestyle practices. My philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach—combining posture correction, functional movement, personalized breathwork, and mindfulness—to create sustainable transformation in both body and mind.
