About Rahul
I am a national-level badminton player from India, currently pursuing my master’s at the University of Western Australia. With a career spanning competitive achievements and advanced training, I have consistently demonstrated dedication to excellence. I was the second runner-up in my state, a three-time district champion, and have represented my university at the South Zone Inter-University Tournament, where I secured a gold medal. My journey also includes playing at the national level and competing in university championships.
I have had the privilege of training under Olympians and renowned physical trainers in India and abroad, including specialized training in Malaysia. This exposure has deepened my understanding of high-performance sports and advanced training methodologies.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Combining my academic expertise and athletic experience, I am passionate about incorporating a scientific approach into sports coaching. My goal is to optimize performance, enhance athlete development, and prioritize injury prevention.
My journey reflects discipline, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to advancing in both sport and science. As a sports scientist and coach, I aim to bridge the gap between athletic performance and evidence-based training practices, contributing meaningfully to the field of sports science and coaching.
