About Ariha
I love to work with other people, especially if I have the opportunity to help them with something I am proficient at. As a high school senior who is studying psychology, I know tricks to ensure a better learning experience by understanding how the mind works and how it retains information the most efficiently. My experience in teaching English internationally has allowed me to gain experience in this field and I hope to continue it with more students! Some fun facts about me are that I have started my own nonprofit organization "Brain Bubble" to improve pediatric mental health, began the Dallas chapter of the organization "Partners in Health" to fight global health inequalities, and I have also been a varsity choir member for 4 years!

My lessons begin with an overview of what the student has practiced since the last time I saw them. Then we continue with areas where there may be struggling. As an English tutor, I go over vocabulary, pronunciation, understanding of English texts, and proper speaking and grammar. I accommodate students grades k-12 who are in need of English lessons, including advanced placement (AP) courses.
