About Hansraj
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years experience. I also have much experience and certification as a Meditation Instructor, Energetic Bodywork healer and Reiki healer.
I have deep understanding of Yogic asanas and pranayam and how they affect our body and mind. I know how to guide you into doing the physical asanas with the correct alignment so that the asanas have the desired healing affect. In fact I would advise people not to do yoga without good guidance as one may worsen their existing condition and/ or get a new injury without knowing how do the poses correctly.
From my experience as a meditation instructor and as a Reiki practitioner I also can feel and understand human energy. This gives me an added ability to feel the effect of the Yogic practices more deeply.

I can create a yoga plan to help you in many issues including:
Control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel, syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, stress and other conditions and diseases.
I have deep understanding of how different Asanas (postures) and Pranayam (breathing) techniques affect the mind and the body. Every person is unique and a unique body as well as unique energy. Not all Asanas and Pranayam techniques are supposed to be done by everyone. The correct asanas and pranayam technique has to be chosen based on the person existing journey through life. Otherwise instead of helping Yoga can be even harmful for the person.
For example, there are certain Asanas and Pranayam that are good for increasing energy in the body. These would be suggested for a person who has low energy and depression. If these techniques are used by someone who already has too much energy and anxiety then it would make the condition even worse.

I have had three yoga classes with Hansraj. My experience with Hansraj has been really good. He is very considerate and knowledgeable about Yoga and how it affects the body and mind. The postures and breathing techniques that he suggested helped me with my situation. I have had pain in my neck for many years now. After just three classes with Hansraj the pain reduced almost 90%. He took into consideration my previous injuries and surgeries before he gave me the correct guidance. Hansraj is a very proficient and experienced yoga instructor with in depth knowledge of both physical and mental aspects of yoga.
Through the yogic exercises and breathing techniques he taught me , I have felt a significant improvement in mental alertness , ability to focus and overall energy levels along with improvements in physical flexibility and strength
The most important and crucial aspect of his classes is the patience with which he teaches , along with explaining how these excercise can help us in our daily lives.
